Q.I wish to purchase an extended warranty, how do I do this.

A. Either at the time of ordering the products by selecting the extended warranty option and choosing the duration and cover level required, or by emailing us on warranty@shopbyprice.co.uk

Q.Can I return my goods if I no longer want them?

A. As you can expect from a respected dealer we have returns policies, the full details can be found under our terms and conditions page.

Q.Why can I not telephone you?

A. We are an inter-net based company using technology to reduce our overheads; you get great service and save money by using this service. One of the ways we reduce our overheads is to not have spare staff, therefore taking and handling telephone calls is time consuming. So we try to limit all communication to emails, we will always telephone you or accept calls if they are of an important nature or if you feel more comfortable speaking to a human being.

Q.Your prices are so much lower than almost everybody else selling similar products on-line, is this genuine and can I trust you to deliver

A. We can’t speak for our competitor’s prices, but we know our own market and what we pay for things. We sell a huge volume of product and as such are able to obtain some fantastic prices. If we accept an order in line with our terms of conditions, we will deliver the goods.
